I have lived at Auburn Station for the past 5 years, and from the start have thought that if I was going to live in Allentown and have to rent... Auburn Station is the best place to live!  Its an old renovated silk mill with Loft style apartments. Each one is very cool, unique, and different from each other with big windows, very high ceilings, and hardwood floors, offering a special vibe throughout the property.  It's still exciting for me and my wife to bring someone new to the lofts, because when they see how cool the space is, their expression is priceless.   Benefits of living at Auburn Station:
Great property management, who are always maintaining and upgrading things around the property and when needed in my loft.
I admire how hard the staff works and they have always been welcoming, friendly, and helpful to us. The continuous up keep and decorating around the property, gives the property a homie and inviting feeling.
Auburn Station has a huge community feel to it and the property offers lots of common areas, inside and outside, to enjoy the old silk mill space.
One of the best parts about Auburn Station is that it is pet friendly. Offering 2 fenced in dog parks and lots of area to walk your dog. 
I always felt safe living in downtown Allentown in a gated community with 24 hour security cameras. 
Love the property's "park-like-feel" and how trout creek runs along side of the mill giving it at times a very tranquil sound to the environment.
I would definitely recommend Auburn Station to those looking for a once in a life time experience of places to live!       

We cannot begin to put into words how happy we are to have found Auburn Station Apartments.  From the beautiful park like grounds to the unique lofts, it is truly a little piece of paradise tucked away in the city of Allentown. We love the close feel of the community and especially our community garden! We have lived here for three years and have resided under both the old management as well as the new, and it just keeps getting better and better. We love it here and could not imagine living anywhere else, needless to say we will be here for years to come!      

What an amazingly unique place to live.  Not only are the lofts spectacular but the Property Manager, Amy Berg and Auburn Station Apartment Staff are amazing as well.  Never have I lived in a place that the staff cares so much about the tenants and the grounds.  Amy and the staff make it feel like a home rather than just another apartment complex.  They have an outdoor movie night, equipped with free candy, soda, and a popcorn machine, they have a garden where we can have our own piece of land to grow veggies or flowers, they also have a fenced in area where the dogs can run off that excess energy while their owners socialize and get to know one another.  Snow removal is continuous throughout the storms so knowing I will be able to get my car out early in the morning and get to work is a huge relief, I can finally enjoy the snow rather than it being a stressful situation.  Auburn Station is close enough to downtown that I can enjoy all of the restaurants and fun events but it is still far enough on the outskirts.  The grounds are gated off and access is only by main door keys or gate openers, I always feel safe no matter what time of day I'm out.  I cannot say enough great things about my home, I am thankful that I found Auburn Station Apartments.  

Auburn Station is a beautiful place to live. The apartments are gorgeous, the building is wonderfully decorated, and the property is very well maintained. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the property manager, Amy. She truly goes above and beyond for her tenants and will always help out in anyway that she can. There is no question that Auburn Station Apartments are the best in the area.   

I had looked at many other properties that had similar loft-living space, and Auburn was much more affordable, and conducive to my life style.

Auburn Station is a FANTASTIC place to live. It’s a hidden gem that I don't think enough people know about. Very pet friendly with multiple fenced in dog runs throughout the property. Very secure with remote access gate and off street parking. I absolutely love living here. And the property manager, Amy is amazing! She'll do whatever she can to help. I locked myself out once and it was late at night. I didn't know what to do so I called Amy. She worked it out so I was back in my apartment in no time. A++ place to live in my opinion.      

Living in Auburn Station has been a wonderful experience. The grounds are clean and well maintained. We love the community garden and multiple dog runs. Even though you are in the middle of Allentown, you would never know as you do not hear much of the hustle and bustle of Allentown even though it is minutes away.  Our friends and family always comment how unique and fun our industrial loft apartment is.
Amy, Scott, and the whole team at Auburn Station are so friendly and approachable. They respond to all questions and needs promptly and have scheduled multiple community events for the residents.  This has been the best renting experience that we have ever gone through!

I have lived at Auburn Station since August of 2016.  For many years I had looked for a real loft experience like you would find in a large city.  When I came across Auburn Station it was an awesome vision at first sight.  Not only does the community, grounds and lofts have phenomenal character, the tenants and property management make it a truly welcoming place to live.  The grounds are meticulously kept and well-secured inside the completely gated property.  Amy and the entire staff at Auburn Station have always been prompt, professional, and extremely helpful any time I have had to reach out to them.  If I could rate this community on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the best) I would rate Auburn Station a big 10!   

This is a great place to live!  We moved in Aug 2017 and have been happy from the onset.  Amy and the Staff are great.  They are very personable and responsive.  The common areas are kept super clean and the floor plans are AMAZING.  If you are looking for a real loft style apartment, I highly recommend Auburn Station.   

I would just like to say that of all of the places I have lived in the past six years since moving away from home, Auburn station has felt the most like home. We have made so many memories and friends while living here. It has been such a pleasure knowing Amy and Scott. I hope that if we ever make it back to the area, we might have the opportunity to live here again. I have staying at the Auburn Station Apartments for right around 6 months now and I couldn't ask for anything more.  I am a Professional Baseball Player and I am constantly on the move.  It's tough for me to find an apartment that feels like home due to the constant jumping around from place to place.  But this place feels like home!  Between the location, cleanliness of the complex, and overall service that the Landlord brings, you won't find anything better.  All of the apartments are unique in their own way.  In the 6 months that I have lived here there has not been one single problem that I have had to deal with, and if there was one it would be taken care of in a heartbeat.  Overall first class service for a first class complex.  Would recommend for everybody.
